But you're right - a "Level 4" blog can be easily transformed into a podcast and vice versa. It seems to me the distinction between a podcast feed with lots of meta data and an "audio blog" is a subtle one. After all, throw a bit of CSS at the podcast feed, and you have yourself a webpage.
